GeneSys Online provides organisations with the ability to administer assessments via the Internet. Reports can be produced either online, or via in-house GeneSys software.
GeneSys Online is ideal for organisations that wish to access GeneSys assessments at multiple sites, particularly when assessments are to be completed unsupervised. It also removes the need to install the RQA software on multiple machines.
All GeneSys assessments can be completed supervised online. A selection of GeneSys assessments can also be completed unsupervised online, so that candidates are able to complete them at any time.
Profiler is a decision support software program that is available via the GeneSys system at no cost. Profiler allows organisations to create an 'ideal' performance benchmark for any role, so that the selection of staff is against an objective standard.
Profiler works by calculating a profile similarity coefficient between two sets of scores. In a recruitment context, one set of scores may represent the ideal candidate profile, while the second set of scores may represent the candidate's actual profile. Profiler also has the ability to rank order multiple candidates against the ideal; in this way you can easily see which candidate's profile is the most similar to the ideal. Ideal profiles can be created in a number of ways - you can use your top performing staff to generate the ideal, or create it from scratch by consulting with a member of the Jarrah Psychology team.
