This is a one day interactive workshop which will cover the following:

  • An introduction to the concept of employee development through multi-source appraisal feedback
  • Factors which influence the effectiveness of a 360-degree appraisal
  • Best practice guidelines of designing, piloting, implementing, providing feedback and evaluating the success of a 360 program
  • Interpreting the Genesys 360-degree Competency framework
  • Applying the 360-degree model, including specific interactive exercises to demonstrate how to plan, implement and provide feedback
  • Using the Genesys 360 Appraisal Manager software to create and deliver your own 360 programs


At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will:

  • Have a thorough understanding of the concept of employee development through feedback
  • Understand factors which influence the effectiveness of a 360 appraisal
  • Understand best practice guidelines for implementation of a 360 program
  • Build competence using the 360-degree Appraisal Manager through completion and review of a 360-degree simulation.
