Kellie Gaeta
Operations Manager
Kellie is a registered psychologist with areas of specialisation including psychometric assessment, emotional intelligence, team and leadership development programs, assessment and development centres, coaching, training, multi-source appraisal systems, and recruitment design.
Kellie holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours), Masters of Organisational Psychology as well as her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA). Additionally, Kellie is a Member of Australian Human Resource Institute as well as holding an Executive Chair position in the New South Wales division of the College of Organisational Psychologist.
Joining Jarrah Consulting in April 2005, Kellie took on the role as Organisational Psychologist in which she has now progressed to Operations Manager. She believes in forming strong relationships with her clients to ensure customised solutions focusing on contemporary psychological research combined with business practices are designed and delivered to meet needs and provide successful outcomes.
Adrianna Reynolds
Manager Jarrah Psychology
Adrianna Reynolds is a registered psychologist who currently specialises in the selection, development and retention of people. More specifically she has expertise in psychometric assessment, team development, emotional intelligence, assessment and development centres, training, organisational research and career coaching for school age students.
Adrianna holds a Bachelor of Advanced Science (Honours) and Masters of Organisational Psychology. She is a member of Australian Psychological Society and member of the College of Organisational Psychologists.
Adrianna joined Jarrah Consulting in early 2006 as an organisational psychologist and has since become the Manager for Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and Tasmania. She is passionate about bridging the information gap between science, psychology and practice. In addition, she strives to become a 'trusted advisor' to her clients as well as convince them about the value of psychology in driving business behaviour.
Judith Lehmann
Psychologist
Based in New South Wales and Queensland, Judith Lehmann is a registered psychologist with areas of specialisation including psychological assessment, emotional intelligence, career coaching and training.
Her professional work experience in Europe and Australia ranges from psychometric assessment, statistical analysis and evaluation, recruitment, to organisational performance improvement, customer satisfaction analyses, employee surveys as well as offering career coaching solutions to clients.
Before coming to Australia, Judith spent five years in the UK where she completed her Bachelor of Psychology and Management Studies (Honours). She joined Jarrah Consulting as an Organisational Psychologist in February 2007, after completing her Master of Organisational Psychology. Additionally, Judith is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and she is proactively involved in the College of Organisational Psychologists.
Judith believes in providing expert psychological services of the highest standard in order for client organisations to enrich their understanding of their people and improve organisational performance.
Christian Frederiksen
Psychologist
Christian is a registered psychologist with a background in organisational psychology that includes personnel recruitment and selection (with a focus on psychometrics and assessment centres); market research and data analysis; career counselling; and website usability and design. Christian recently completed a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology at the University of NSW, where his research thesis investigated different techniques designed to improve efficiency in management training. Christian also holds a first class honours degree in psychology from the University of Wollongong.
Along with his studies in psychology, Christian has worked in the retail industry for 6 years, and also has experience in warehousing and logistics. Christian joined Jarrah Consulting part-time in June 2006, moving into a full-time role in November 2007.
Katherine McHardy
Psychologist
Katherine McHardy joined the Jarrah Psychology team in November 2007 following her completion of a Masters degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology at Deakin University. Katherine also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne and a Post Graduate Diploma (Applied Psychology) from La Trobe University. Prior to returning to university in 2006 Katherine worked for a Melbourne-based Registered Training Organisation, delivering the Certificate II and Certificate IV in Business (Administration).
With a passion for learning and development, Katherine places great value on providing relevant, up-to-date and effective training programs and workshops. She also has experience in the administration and interpretation of psychometric tests, emotional intelligence and organisational research. Katherine strives to assist client organisations to maximise on the benefits inherent to the appropriate application of psychological theory and practice in the workplace.
Rebecca Dallard
Psychologist
Rebecca Dallard is a Registered Psychologist who is responsible for the delivery of high quality consulting services to clients in the area of talent management. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology), Bachelor of Psychology and Masters of Organisational Psychology. She is also a member of the Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS).
Rebecca has a background in the area of organisational psychology and therefore possesses a well-developed understanding of how organisations function and a high level of competence with respect to the use of existing techniques of scientific efficacy. This includes the design and implementation of employee survey research; the administration and validation of selection, placement, and promotion processes; the assessment of individual knowledge, skills, abilities, interests, motivations, personality, management and leadership potential; the assessment of career potential and career options and the creation of development and succession plans.
Rebecca is committed to building long term strategic partnerships with clients and developing and delivering practical and effective solutions in response to their current and future needs.
Anita Thomson
National Psychology Coordinator
Anita joined Jarrah in early 2006, bringing many years of broad administrative and customer service experience. She is based in Melbourne and coordinates the Jarrah Psychology team on a national basis within consulting and assessment. She is also trained and experienced in the administration and interpretation of psychometric tests and Emotional Capital Inventory.
